Ashleigh Hughes has been hired as Marketing Manager of Programs to promote ICA programs and ToP training.
As we welcome in the new year, we also welcome in new leadership and staffing. ICA has hired Ashleigh Hughes as Marketing Manager of Programs. Ashleigh will lead our marketing efforts, serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders and customers of the Technology of Participation (ToP) training program, lead customer service, and administer course registration.
Our Interim Executive Director, Philip Waitzman, brings more than 20 years executive leadership experience in similar organizations and networks to his role as Interim Executive Director of ICA and the Ecumenical Institute. Phil succeeds Ted Wysocki, who has retired from his role as CEO of ICA and EI after more than five years of service.

We also bid farewell to Seva Gandhi, Samantha Sainsbury, Caitlin Sarro, and Andrew Clayton, who served as staff on the Programs Team, and send each of them thanks for their service and wish them well in their new endeavors.

Seva served a variety of roles over her decade with ICA, helping to shape and direct programming internationally, nationally, and locally and building a collaborative relationship with the ToP Network and Trainers. Samantha was instrumental in facilitating local programming in Uptown and Chicago and supporting ToP. Caitlin was a key leader in local programming, managing volunteers, and creating the unique housing partnership with AmeriCorps. Andrew was foundational in our communication and fundraising efforts.
