Technology of Participation (ToP) Customer Service
The Technology of Participation (ToP) is a Training Program that delivers over 200 public and 100 in-house
facilitation training courses throughout the United States. The trainings are offered from over 70 independent
consultants/small businesses. This position is the key customer service liaison for the registrants who are
seeking to take ToP courses by registering through the ToP website. This role with provide both administrative
and technical support to the ToP Training program and ensure the smooth delivery of ToP registrations, and
purchases of ToP and other ICA related Products. The position will work with other ICA staff to make sure that
all supports are in place to help the administrative and technical pieces of the program run efficiently.
