Online donations are quick and easy using our secure credit card transactions. We welcome donations of all sizes and payment plans – whether it's a one-time gift, a monthly contribution or part of a matching gifts program. An unrestricted gift provides for the greatest needs of the organization is of particular benefit, but gifts may be designated for specific purposes (ex. Programs, GreenRise, International).

In addition to donation acknowledgements at the time of donation, the ICA staff mails out formal donation receipts at the end of the calendar year to assist in tax filings. If you have any questions about this process please email Caitlin at Csarro@ica-usa.org or call 773-769-6363.

The General Fund
The General Fund is a great place to contribute to our various needs and operation. An unrestricted gift for the greatest needs of the organization is of particular benefit, but gifts may also be designated for specific purposes.
International
Help ICA-USA assist the global network of 30 organizations that use participatory processes to work on organizational or community development initiatives.
ICA Programs (Locally & Nationally)
ICA programs strengthen the capacities of individuals, organizations, and communities to create and implement innovative plans of action. Our work in Chicago is localized in the Uptown area, citywide through the facilitation of the Chicago Sustainability Leaders Network (CSLN), and spreading nationally as we share our model for communities to mutually learn from one another and work across silos for widespread change.
Legacy Society Roadtrips
As part of the new ICA strategic plan we hope to double the size of our Legacy Society. Making in-person visits with colleagues to hear their story and update them on the current work of the organization is crucial to this goal.
GreenRise Capital Campaign
In order to continue as a community hub and demonstration site, ICA will be tackling a huge Historic Renovation Plan that lists $20 million in projected improvements.
