LISC has partnered with the ICA on curriculum design and facilitation of Chicago Plans. Using a peer-to-peer format, participants will sharpen skills and practice tools to maximize participation and engagement; explore the unique role of community leadership in planning; reflect on personal skills in convening community stakeholders; and, study comprehensive planning, including participatory analysis, implementation and evaluation, along with resources available to leverage local plans. Chicago Plans will launch onOctober 2nd.
LISC is looking for teams of 3 individuals or organizations from community areas all throughout the city. The workshop series will be beneficial to those just starting out in the field as well as seasoned veterans. Applications are due September 4, 2015 AT 6:00 P.M. Comments are closed.
