In a time when we are often playing multiple roles simultaneously,
it has become apparent that as facilitators we need to be able to
access more tools and methods that are appropriate to varied situations.
We must be able to know how to proactively exercise professional
stewardship and guide groups through their transformations to their
own developmental potential.
This three-day course weaves together work on mental modeling with
the emphasis on tools for the sake of enhancing creative facilitation
and interaction. Modules include an overview of theory; the dynamic
journey of image change; the analysis of methods and messages they
communicate; practice in the use of graphics and information content;
The Kaleidoscope screen for expanding intent and creative design;
and tools for session planning and orchestration.
Learn the theory of image in relation to initiative and resistance
behaviors. Gain confidence in your own use of visual and verbal
images in facilitating, guiding, and influencing behavior. Learn
to utilize the capacities of methods and processes to create an
ambiance for image change and evolution. Learn tools to expand your
