Panhandle Partenership for Health and
Human Services
Kim Engel,
Panhandle Public
Health District
Director
The Panhandle
Partnership for
Health and Human Services trained 90 of its
members in Group Facilitation Methods in 2006.
ToP® training has generated a myriad of new
documented community conversations
and opportunities for participation.
Kim Engel, Panhandle Public Health
District Director, reports how PPHHS
is weaving ToP® methods into a powerful web of
support for and trust in an authentic culture of
collaboration…
“Since experiencing the ToP® training, participants
state that they now are better equipped to not
only facilitate but also participate in planning
sessions. The skills learned have increased
awareness of the importance of a productive
process and have raised the expectations for results.
There are already plans in place to have another
training soon. There are many out there who
would like the basic training and several who are
ready to go to the next level!”
