In recognition of the importance of promoting these new strategies in leadership, ICA was awarded GSA contract GS-10F-0314K in 1999 to provide ongoing consulting, facilitation and training in the US Government.

Consulting Services

Strategic Planning Sessions provide
a participatory process for naming an organization's priorities based on a common long-term vision and of strategic directions. These one-and-a-half to three day workshops have been held with boards, government agencies, schools, coalitions, local communities, nonprofit agencies, tribal nations and private companies.

Conference Facilitation Services

which help associations, networks and coalitions to plan and carry out productive, meaningful conferences, using ToP® methods to incorporate the wisdom and learnings of the participants into the event itself.

Management/Board Retreats which
provide in-depth reflection on current organizational and management practices and develop skills and processes to make the organization more effective and productive. They are individually designed to fulfi ll specific objectives articulated by the organization’s leadership.
