If you have paid the 75.00 confirmation fee: Click the Ballance button for the course you registered for below, you will then be taken to the price check page, click 'Checkout' and you will be presented with a form to fill in your name and other particulars. Near the bottom of the form will be an input box where you must indicate the location (city) of the course and the date you have registered to attend.
