What is the ToP® Trainers Network (TTN)

ICA's ToP Trainers Network is an association of professional facilitation trainers who use ICA's ToP methods throughout their work. Each member of the network completes extensive, practical training in ICA's methods in order to develop expertise in our participatory facilitation methods. The ToP Trainers Network is designed to promote and transfer ToP methods by:

  • Integrating participation in organizations and communities.
  • Linking ToP facilitators/trainers for expansion and deepening of skills and continuous learning.
  • Building business through partnering and collaborating in facilitation, training and consultation services using ICA ToP methods.
  • Delivering quality ToP training.
  • Engaging in research and development for leading edge participatory technologies.
  • Inviting an ever-increasing, diverse and inclusive membership.
Communication, Mentoring, and Networking
Members of the training network communicate via their collaborative work projects, meetings and professional conferences that occur throughout the year. Regular communication and networking occurs over the ToP Trainers listserv. This listserv is open to all ToP Trainers who have purchased an instructor's manual in the U.S.

To join the listserve, go to: http://groups.yahoo.com. In the "Find a Yahoo Group" area, type in: top-trainers and hit "search". Scroll down until you see the top-trainer's group and click on the icon. Either click "Join this Group" on the right or, if you already have a yahoo account, sign in on the left. The instructions should be pretty clear, but if not and you need some assistance in joining this group, please contact support@ica-usa.org. Thank you.
