What does it mean and who can become a Certified ToP® Facilitator?
The ToP® Facilitator Certification Program is an evidence-based process to assess a facilitator's level of mastery of ToP Facilitator Competencies. The CTF credential is given to facilitators who have demonstrated their proficiency at a “master level.”
A Guide (420k PDF download) is available to help facilitators prepare to be certified as a ToP Facilitator by ICA USA.
